About
Meet Gabrielle
I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Mental Health and bring over a decade of experience practicing psychotherapy. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Integrative Therapy to meet the unique needs of each client. At the core of my work is empathy and a commitment to viewing each person holistically—supporting wellness in every dimension of life: emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, and relational.
I became a therapist because I’ve seen and experienced firsthand the transformation that happens when people are truly heard and supported. It’s my privilege to hold space for others in their most vulnerable moments and to witness their growth, healing, and empowerment.
Therapy with me is grounded, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I create a space where you can show up just as you are—no masks, no judgment. I honor your unique story and work with you to uncover strengths, build resilience, and move towards the life you want to create.
In addition to providing therapy
I also offer clinical consultation and supervision for fellow therapists working toward licensure. Supporting other clinicians in their professional growth is a passion of mine, and I take pride in creating a supportive, knowledgeable space for emerging therapists.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who values balance, creativity, and holistic wellness. Whether I’m spending time in nature, creating fun experiences, or curled up with a good book, I believe in practicing the same self-compassion and self-love practices I encourage in my clients.
If you're ready to take the next step—or even just curious about what therapy could look like—I’m here to meet you where you are.
